A very fine German cello bow made by Ludwig Christian August Bausch ca. 1855. L. Bausch was one of the greatest German bow makers. We have been fortunate to acquire several examples. This is typical example, personal beautiful model. The stick is orange brown pernambuco, branded "L BAUSCH", silver mounted frog, the button is ebony with two silver rings. Perfect condition.
