A very fine German violin bow made by Johann Wilhelm Knopf ca. 1860. This is excellent example made with an inspiration of Tourte model. The stick is golden brown pernambuco of superior choice and beautiful figuration, round, strong with a perfect flexibility, fine balance and a first class sound. The length of the stick is 72.7 cm and the weight of the bow is 61 g. This bow is a wonderful example that is suitable for a solo performer.
