A fine French violin made by Georges Cone in Lyon in 1937, as indicated on the original label, also signed and dated inside to the back. This is a nice example of the maker's work made with an inspiration of Stradivarius model. This instrument is in excellent state of preservation. The sound of this violin is rich, elegant, even and powerful, suitable for a fine professional musician. The length over the back is 35.8 cm.
