A very fine French violin bow made by Prosper Colas for Joseph Hel ca. 1890. This is a nice bow, also a fine sounding and handling example in excellent state of preservation.. The stick is dark brown pernambuco, round, strong with a good balance a excellent tonal quality. The length of the stick is 73 cm and the weight of the bow is 60 g.
