A fine English violin bow by Edgar Bishop for W.E. Hill & SONS ca. 1930. This is strong and elegant bow. The stick is dark brown pernambuco, octagonal in shape. The frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. This is fine sounding bow with excellent balance and handling. It is in a very good state of preservation. The length of the stick is 73.2 cm and the weight of the bow is 59 g.
