A very fine French violin made by Charles Jacquot ca. 1865. The instrument bears an original label and two maker's brands to the lower c bouts corners inside of the back. This is a wonderful example in pristine state of preservation and unpolished condition. It is a superb sounding instrument with great tonal quality, depth, brilliance and projecting power. The length over the back is 35.7 cm. This violin is highly recommended to a fine professional musician as a superb instrument and great value for a moderate investment price range.
