French violoncello bow made by C.N. Bazin ca.1875.

A fine French cello bow made by C.N. Bazin ca. 1875. The stick is red pernambuco of superior selection, round in shape. The frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. The length of the stick is 70 cm and the weight of the bow is 77 g. This is excellent example and a wonderful sounding and handling cello bow. The bow is in very fine, pure state of preservation.
