French cello bow by Fonclause, ca. 1830-1835.

A fine, rare old French cello bow made by Claude Joseph Fonclause ca. 1830-1835 in Mirecourt or Paris, France. The frog and button are later made and not original to the stick. The stick is excellent quality red brown amourette, round, strong with a perfect balance, good handling and high level, beautiful sound. The length of the stick is 68.9 cm, the weight of the bow is 81 g.  Certified by Alex Gartsman.
