A rare, very fine old Italian violin made by Albani family ca. 1735. This is exiting example with quit flat arching, interesting placement/shape of f-holes, scroll idea is very intriguing and perhaps was influenced by the work Guarneri Del Gesu This is excellent sounding instrument in a fine state of preservation, covered with magnificent original ruby-red varnish. The length over the back is 35.6 cm.
