French cello bow by E.A. & E.F. Ouchard, ca. 1930.
A superb French cello bow made by E.A. & E.F. Ouchard ca. 1930. The stick is red brown pernambuco, round, strong with an exceptionally fine tonal quality and excellent, top level handling. The frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. The length of the stick is 69.6 cm and the weight of the bow is 80 g. This excellent bow is in a fine state of preservation. It is recommended to a fine musician, including a soloist.
