French violin bow made by Charles Nicolas Bazin, ca. 1895.

A very fine French violin bow made by Charles Nicolas Bazin ca. 1895 with inspiration of Lupot model, branded “LUPOT”. The stick is excellent dark red brown pernambuco, the frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. This is a wonderful example in a very fine state of preservation. The length of the stick is 73.2 cm and the weight of the bow is 59 g. This excellent bow is recommended to a fine musician, seeking great French bow in moderate price range.
