A very fine German violin bow made by Johann Wilhelm Knopf ca. 1870. This is a good example in a fine state of preservation. The stick is red brown pernambuco, octagonal, strong with a perfect flexibility, good balance and a excellent sound. The length of the stick is 72.7 cm and the weight of the bow is 57 g (with very light, possibly original winding).
