French viola bow at. Victor Fetique, ca. 1925

A superb French viola bow made by the workshop of Victor Fetique ca. 1925. This is a marvelous in appearance bow, also an outstanding playing bow of first rank with type of sound and feeling in the hand that one can expect from great French bow of mid 19th century. It has a perfect and rare combination of great tonal quality with remarkable handling. The bow is in excellent state of preservation. The length of the stick is 73 cm and the weight of the bow is 70 g. Highly recommended to a fine musician including a soloist who is searching for a superb viola bow in moderate price range.
