Very fine French violin bow by F. Lotte, ca. 1940
A very fine French violin bow made by Francois Lotte ca. 1940, branded on the stick “LUPOT”. The stick is red brown pernambuco, round, strong with a perfect flexibility, good balance and nice sound. The frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. This bow is in a very fine state of preservation, ready to play with new hair. The length of the stick is 73.1 cm and the weight is 60 g.
