French violin bow by F. Lotte, 1940.
A very fine French violin bow made by F. Lotte for Charles Bailly ca. 1940. The stick is red brown pernambuco, round, strong with a fine flexibility, balance and a beautiful, elegant sound. The frog is ebony and silver, the button is ebony with a silver cap. This bow is in very good condition, ready to play with a new top quality silver winding, hair and grip. The length of the stick is 73 cm and the weight is 60 g.
