French violin bow by Joseph Alfred Lamy Pere, ca. 1895

A very fine French violin bow made by Joseph Alfred Lamy Pere, ca. 1895. This is excellent, strong example and a superb playing bow example in a good state of preservation. This bow has a wonderful quality focused and brilliant sound, also excellent balance and handling. The length of the stick is 73.2 cm and the weight of the bow is 60 g. This bow can be played by a very fine musician, leader of the orchestra or a soloist.
