Italian cello by Lorenzo Bellafontana, 1961

A very fine Italian cello made by Lorenzo Bellafontana in Genoa in 1961. This is a superb instrument in a perfect state of preservation. The length over the back is 73.8 cm. This is a wonderful sounding cello with a rare combination of fine tonal quality, projecting power, depth and balance.
