Italian violin by Eugenio Weiss, 1897, Trieste
A very fine Italian violin made by Eugenio Weiss in 1897 in Trieste,as indicated on the original maker’s label. This is a charming and pure instrument, also a fine example of the maker’s work made with an inspiration of Venetian school model. The violin is in excellent state of preservation. The sound of this instrument is of a very beautiful character, deep, warm, brilliant and concentrated with excellent focus. Despite a little longer pattern with the length over the back of 36.2 cm, it is a very comfortable model that is easy to play.
