A very fine, rare Italian violin made by Pier Angelo Balzarini in 1985 in Cremona, as indicated on the maker’s label. The instrument is branded to the inside of the back and upper block. This is a very interesting and beautiful example from highly respected maker and winner of several International competitions. The instrument is accompanied with a copy of the maker’s certificate of authenticity with indication that it is made on the model of Marino Capicchioni. This violin is in perfect state of preservation with the length over the back of 35.3 cm. This instrument has a fine level of tonal quality with surprising maturity and rich, colorful sound. This rare instrument represents an opportunity for a demanding collector or a fine musician.
