French superb violin bow made by J.J. Millant in Paris circa 1972. This is a very fine example from one of the best French bow makers of the 20th century. The bow is made as a personal and striking beautiful interpretation of Dominique Peccatte model. The stick is golden-brown pernambuco of superior choice and magnificent figuration, 73 cm long. The weight of the bow is 61 g (with an original silk winding). This remarkable playing bow is in pristine, collector’s state of preservation.
