German cello bow made by Paul Weidhaas, c. 1935.
A very fine German cello bow made by Paul Weidhaas, c. 1935. This is a nice example, similar in the style and quality to bows by Gillet. It is excellent sounding, strong cello bow from a very fine and interesting bow maker. P. Weidhaas was working in Victor Fetique’s shop, obvious connection to observe in this particuar example. The lenght of the stick is 69.5 cm and the weight of the bow is 82 g. we reccomend this bow to a serious musician seeking high level bow in moderate price range.
