A rare, very fine French violin bow by Joseph Henry made circa 1855 in Paris, branded “HENRY A PARIS” under the winding. This is outstanding example from one of the best French 19th century bow makers in a superb state of preservation. This is also a magnificently performing violin bow, suitable for a soloist or a collector. The weight of the bow with silk winding is 60.5 g.
