A very fine German violin bow made by Heinrich Richard (Henry) Knopf, c. 1885. This is rare, beautiful gold mounted example branded ‘DODD” on the stick and frog. This excellent bow shows many details linked to the father, Henrich Knopf. This is a wonderful sounding and handling bow in a fine state of preservation. The weight of the bow is 60 g.
