French violin bow made by Prosper Colas, ca. 1900.

A very fine French violin bow made by Prosper Colas ca. 1900. This is excellent sounding and handling violin bow in a fine state of preservation. The stick is red brown pernambuco, round, 72.9 cm long, the weight of the bow is 61.3 g. The frog and button are ebony with nickel silver mountings. This wonderful bow is highly recommended to a fine musician.
