A fine German cello bow made by Herman Richard Pfretzschner, ca. 1890, branded with the maker’s stamp. The stick is golden brown pernambuco, round in dhape, the frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. The length of the stick is 70 cm and the weight of the bow is 81.5 g. This is excellent playing bow in a fine state of preservation.
