A fine German cello bow made by Heinrich Richard (Henry) Knopf ca. 1925. This is a nice example in excellent state of preservation made in New York during maker’s USA period of work. The stick is fine dark red-brown pernambuco, octagonal; the frog and button are ebony and silver. The length of the stick is 69.2 cm and the weight of the bow is 80 g.
