French violin bow made by Charles Louis Bazin, ca. 1930.
A very fine French violin bow made by Charles Louis Bazin ca. 1930 (button from the period). This is a very nice example and excellent sounding/handling bow in a fine sate of preservation. The stick is mediumĀ brown pernambuco of fine selection and figuration, the frog and button are ebony with silver mountings. The length of the stick is 72.8 cm and the weight of the bow is 60 g. This bow is highly recommended to a fine musician looking for a nice bow in moderate price range.
