A fine French violin bow by Francois Xavier Bazin made circa 1855-1860. This is a good example from an important French bow maker, the head of the celebrated Bazin family. F. Bazin style was mostly influenced by the work of Peccatte (also some examples are recalling Simon Fr model). This Peccatte style modeled violin bow is in a very fine state of preservation, the weight is 59.5 g.
