French violin bow by Joseph Voirin, ca. 1875.

A very fine French violin bow made by Joseph Voirin ca. 1875, the brother of F.N Voirin. This is an excellent example and a wonderful, refined playing bow probably made with inspiration from a beautiful Tourte model. The bow is in a very fine state of preservation, ready to play. The weight of the bow with very light and most likely original tinsel winding is 56 g.
