A fine French violin bow made by Marc Laberte ca. 1950. This is a nice example of the maker’s work in excellent, all original state of preservation.
The stick is fine medium brown pernambuco, round,
strong with a good balance and excellent sound. The frog and button are ebony with nickel mountings. The length of the stick is 73.1 cm and the weight of the bow is 59 g. This is a nice playing bow in a moderate price range.
