A very fine German violin bow made by Hermann Richard Pfretzschner c. 1905. This is a wonderful example, also one of the best handling and sounding bows from this great maker in a very fine state of preservation. The stick is red brown pernambuco, round in shape. The frog and button are ebony with silver mounting. The length of the stick is 72.8 cm and the weight of the bow is 59.5 g.
